These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of multimodal.ventures, including our investor portal (together, the “Site”), operated by Multimodal Ventures (“Multimodal Ventures,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about Multimodal Ventures, a venture capital fund, and its portfolio. The Site also includes an investor portal available only to invited limited partners and prospective investors, offering access to fund updates and related materials.
Access to the investor portal is invite-only. You may create an account only if your email address has been pre-approved by us, using email and password or a supported third-party sign-in provider (currently Google or Microsoft). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@multimodal.ventures if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or revoke access to the investor portal at any time, with or without notice.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Multimodal Ventures or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, and any such offer or solicitation will be made only through definitive offering documents provided directly to qualified investors. Past performance of portfolio companies is not indicative of future results.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (including Google and Microsoft sign-in). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site or service. Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Multimodal Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or the investor portal at any time, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
